VidBucks is a rewards-based platform that enables users to earn virtual coins ("Coins") by engaging in various activities, including but not limited to watching rewarded advertisements, referring friends, posting on social media platforms, installing games and applications, creating content, adding contacts, and subscribing to services. These Coins can be redeemed for real money, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms. The Services are provided to enhance user engagement and offer opportunities to earn rewards through legitimate activities.

3. Account Creation and Management

3.1 Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You must create an account to access most features of the App. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account creation.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. VidBucks is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Earning Coins

4.1 Activities

Users can earn Coins by completing the following activities, as available based on their selected plan (Free, Basic, or Professional):

• Watching Rewarded Ads: Earn Coins by viewing advertisements.
• Referring Friends: Earn Coins by inviting others to join VidBucks.
• Posting on Social Media: Earn Coins by sharing content on platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, X, or Instagram.
• Installing Games and Apps: Earn Coins by downloading and installing specified applications.
• Creating Content: Earn Coins by producing faceless content creation videos.
• Adding Contacts: Earn Coins by adding contacts as specified.
• Subscribing to Services: Earn Coins by subscribing to designated services, such as a Telegram bot.

4.2 Coin Earnings by Plan

The number of Coins earned varies by activity and plan, as outlined in the table below:

• VidBucks reserves the right to adjust Coin rewards or discontinue specific activities at its discretion.

5. Redeeming Coins

5.1 Redemption Process

Users may redeem their earned Coins for real money, subject to the minimum withdrawal amounts specified for each plan:

• Free Plan: 500 INR
• Basic Plan: 250 INR
• Professional Plan: 100 INR

5.2 Processing

• Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with VidBucks' policies, which may take several business days.
• All withdrawals are subject to a redemption rate of 100 Coins = 1 INR (Indian Rupee).

5.3 Verification

To prevent fraud, VidBucks reserves the right to verify the identity of users requesting withdrawals. Users may be required to provide identification documents or other information as requested.

5.4 Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax obligations, when earning and withdrawing real money through VidBucks. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with your earnings.

5.5 Registration Fees

• Basic Plan: Requires a registration fee of 1000 INR, refundable after 6 months if minimum monthly earnings of 1000 INR are met for 6 consecutive months.
• Professional Plan: Requires a registration fee of 2500 INR, refundable after 6 months if minimum monthly earnings of 2000 INR are met for 6 consecutive months.
• Free Plan: No registration fee.

6. Referrals

6.1 Referral Program

Users can participate in the VidBucks referral program to earn additional Coins by inviting friends to join the Services. Referral rewards are based on the user's plan:

• Free Plan: 0% of referred user's earnings.
• Basic Plan: 0.5% of referred user's earnings (1 level).
• Professional Plan: 1% of referred user's earnings (2 levels).

6.2 Conditions

• Referral rewards are credited only when the referred user actively participates in the App and earns Coins.
• VidBucks reserves the right to adjust or discontinue the referral program at its discretion.
• Users must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices to earn referral rewards, such as creating multiple accounts.

7. Notifications

7.1 Notification Types

VidBucks may send notifications to users regarding account updates, promotional offers, new features, or other relevant information. These notifications may be delivered via push notifications, email, or in-app messages.

7.2 Managing Preferences

Users can manage their notification preferences within the App settings. You may opt out of non-essential notifications, but certain critical notifications (e.g., account security alerts) may not be disabled.

8. Advertising

8.1 Use of AdMob

VidBucks uses Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App, including rewarded ads that allow users to earn Coins by viewing or interacting with ads.

8.2 Rewarded Ads

• Rewarded ads are optional, and users may choose to engage with them to earn Coins.
• The availability and rewards for ads may vary and are subject to change at VidBucks' discretion.

8.3 Compliance

All advertisements comply with Google AdMob's policies, ensuring a safe and non-disruptive user experience. Rewards for ads are non-transferable and can only be used within the App.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VidBucks or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 User-Generated Content

If you create or upload content through the Services (e.g., faceless content creation videos), you grant VidBucks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.

9.3 Restrictions

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on VidBucks' content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

You may terminate your account by contacting VidBucks support. Upon termination, you will lose access to all features and any accumulated Coins.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VidBucks does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidBucks is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
